How to exercise Suryanamskar?

Suryanamskar includes 12 postures in a particular sequence. Our body from toes to head is well exercised. Every one can do suryanamskar easily. These 12 postures complete one suryanamaskar. Such twelve suryanamaskar daily will be

sufficient to keep the body fit and sound. It becomes a prayer to God Sun .As per the Indian method one has to recite the names of the God Sun before the start of each suryanamskar. God Sun will defi-nitely bless us with mental obeisance, a required quality in learning age.

While pronouncing, concentrate on rising Sun or on his image. Attempt each suryanamskar when your breath is smooth. Start your attempt by three suryanamskar per day. Increase the num-bers as per your tolerance capacity and the stamina, no hurry. May be you will be taking one month to practice the twelve suryanamaskar per day. Practice it preferably in the morning hours at Sun-rise. But no rigidity. You may do it at other time when your stomach is empty.
