Self Confidence: The Secret Of Success

self confidence

Self-confidence is the cornerstone of every success. Even when the child learns to stand on his feet, his self-confidence works. Self-confident even measures the height of Mt.Everest. That is why it has been said that discouraging a child is an attempt to extinguish the divine spark. It is said that, “He whose will is strong and unwavering can mold the world to his will.”

A confident person accepts every difficulty and obstacle as a challenge. He or she goes to the root of the difficulties and thinks about the possibility of solution. English poet Tennyson has mentioned the three powers to make life rather powerful: self-confidence, self-knowledge and self-restraint. Swami Vivekananda had said on the basis of experience- “There is no other friend of man like self-confidence.”

Self-confident person chooses his work according to his wish and tries to implement it. He never thinks about what other people think about him. He believes that his mind will never say wrong. Those who lack self-knowledge and self-confidence make the thinking of others their inspiration. Determination is the basis of confidence. There is amazing power in determination. A person inspired by this moves forward with determination and courage. Determination closes all the ways to return. Therefore, to achieve the goal, it is necessary for any person to increase the resolution power.

Demosthenes, who was shy and lilting in childhood, later became a good speaker. Declared a stray by his father, Darwin later gave the Theory of Species. John Lydon, who was the son of a shepherd, became the greatest scholar of Greek and Latin in Europe at the age of nineteen due to his thirst for knowledge. Benjamin Disraeli was born abroad and became the Prime Minister of Britain. Having spent his childhood under the terror of a brutal father, Denmark’s eighteen-year-old Yahya Hassan became the most popular poet in the Danish language.
